Background
In African countries, while rapid population growth and urbanization are driving economic growth, new business models leveraging startups and innovation are needed to achieve sustainable economic growth. Nigeria, in particular, is the largest economy in Africa and is experiencing significant growth in the technology sector and startups. However, the startup ecosystem that supports such startups and innovation is still in the developmental stage, and there is a need for multifaceted efforts such as the establishment of support infrastructure, expansion of funding options, and development of related legal frameworks.

Enhancing awareness of Project NINJA and gathering and incorporating opinions from both public and private sectors for future collaboration.
Exploring specific strategies for public-private partnerships to strengthen the startup ecosystem in Africa.
